TSS Bring New Life to Single ‘Would you be my therapy?’ Partnering with Windwaker

Genre blending, French, metal trio TSS (formally The Sunday Sadness) have released a new version of their dark, seductive track ‘Would you be my therapy?’. This time collaborating with Windwaker fusing their sound and creating a single that is so much more than a remix. Clearly deserving of a second life this track will transport you sonically combining classic TSS charm, genre mixing and haunting vocals.
‘Would you be my therapy?’ gives you so much, it’s hard to know where to start. Carefully crafted layers combine industrial elements with harder distortion and a synthwave feel. A steady beat drives the low toned, rap style vocals before the lyrics ‘all I need’ build into a sense of desperation.
The chorus follows, becoming more melodic keeping to this addictive melody. A collection of dark instrumentals continue throughout. One might expect a breakdown, going into a haunting track like ‘Would you be my therapy?’ but the fusion of captivating melodies and intensity of metal drive the song through to the end.
There isn’t a dip in energy and layered heavier vocals pair and morph into the melodic chorus effectively with a pulsing beat. Windwaker and TSS compliment each other brilliantly, crafting a song with a bite that evokes emotion.

This track could interest fans of Bad Omens and Bring Me The Horizon leaning in similar directions with their sound and fans of Corpse Husband with the vocal tone the track carries. Despite evoking considerations of similarities, this collaboration still brings something new, something intense and clearly highlights the place TSS have in modern metal.
This version of the track is sharper, darker and even more refined. TSS and Windwaker easily create an atmosphere pulling you into their world. The band are masters of creating a fresh sound with sonic blends. ‘Would you be my therapy?’ is powerfully melancholic and alluring and represents TSS’s discography and talent well.
If you’re as desperate for new music from TSS as I am, there is not long to wait, with their new album ‘END OF TIME’ out on 27th June via Fearless Records.
Make sure to listen to ‘Would you be my therapy?’ out now, if you are after synth driven, metalcore, alt rock, this won’t disappoint.
